Wah..haha, mmgla aku tau masak yg simple je but here i just wanna share simple recipe of blueberry cheese cake. Many thanx to ct razila sbb recommend recipe yg easy ni. Sgt sesuai for those yg kempunan cheese cake sbb bleh mkn byk n plg pntg, xmahal mane. To be honest, we just need around 10 minutes to make the cheese cake. Total cost pun xmahal, lbh kurang RM 18 jer. Setakat nie, sume yg makan mmg puas hati la. Believe me!

Bahan-bahannya:

Cake
  1. 400 gm tepung cheese cake (diimport khas from kelantan, if anyone interested i can order from my fren)
  2. Topping blueberry
  3. Air 300 ml
Base
  1. Cornflakes yg di blend
  2. Brown sugar
  3. Butter
  4. Biskut Jacobs yg dihancur-hancurkn (actly can use any kind of cracker)
  5. Choc masakan
Cara membuatnya:
  1. Utk cake, campurkan shj tepung dan air sedikit demi sedikit, kacau sehingga naik dan gebu. Warna tepung akn menjadi semakin cerah.
  2. Utk base, campurkan je sume bahan-bahan yg terlibat. Agak secukup rasa. Lepastu, letak dlm bekas cake. Then, simpan dlm fridge sementara menunggu tepung cheese yg sudah dikacau.
  3. Setelah siap, letak di ats base cake n simpan di dlm fridge balik. Bkn taruk dlm freezer tau.
  4. Bila agk2 dh keras, bolehla letak topping blueberry yg sdp tu.
